Essential!
I can't imagine not having these in my flex bars.

Beware: Very generic, poor instructions, may cause unpleasant vibrating NOISE, easy to overtighten and wear out rubber
I don't like how they claim this works for the KTM 690. It's not straightforward. Instructions are not good because they're extremely generic. How well do they dampen vibration? Just barely enough that it's noticeable. It's very easy to over-tighten and over-swell the rubber. But bikes vibrate a lot so what do you do? I didn't over-tighten at first but the new vibrating noises were driving me nuts so I did gradually try to tighten more and more until the rubber was worn a bit. The KTM shop made it even worse and now I have to deal with a hideous vibration sound. The awful sound is not worth the little bit of decrease in vibration. Perhaps they work better on other models but they could've been designed much better. Not worth the money in my case.

but it is nice it was included
It removed almost all the vibration out of my bars. I also installed get grips to help. The inserts can be used with bar end mirrors, a longer bolt will be needed. Also the inserts did not fit snugly in the bars. I wrapped electrical tape around the oring at the end a few times and it was snug. It came with a lot of parts that I did not need, but it is nice it was included. These did work a little better than some of my homemade vibration damper methods, such as sand and silicone with weights.Try the homemade methods first, if they don't work use these. I highly recommend.

Did not work for me
Did not work for me. I've come to conclusion after trying a few brands none of these work. If you have a vibration that's numbing your hands,...you need to fix the problem in the bike. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because they may work for someone else and I don't want to disparage the company or seller.

Maybe Just a little improvement
Maybe just a little vibration reduction. But they work well with my PHDS so I'm keeping them installed.

Modest effect
Small but noticeable decrease in bar vibration (ktm500exc). Worth it???
