This sauce is the 'sauce'
I'm not even sure where to begin. I have seriously been blow away by this sauce, in more ways than one! I'll start by saying that I LOVE hot sauce, in all shapes and sizes, but I especially love sauces that that taste great, have a lot of heat, are versatile, and keep me wanting more. This is that sauce, in spades. Positives. - The sauce has a great consistency. It is a medium thickness, not thick enough to get clogged up in the neck of the bottle, but thick enough that it is not just going to spill all over when you try to pour it. It is fairly easy to dose out, which is important with a sauce this spicy. - The smell is not overwhelming. This is nice because my wife is sensitive to smells and will often make me eat in another room if I put hot sauce on my food (most of the time, it's worth it). - The ingredients. Oil based, no fillers, just goodness. - The taste. There is a great meeting of flavors in this sauce and if you were to taste it on its own, you can taste the slight hint of garlic (it's not overwhelming), the tang of the lime and mustard, and of course the sweet heat goodness of the reaper. - I really do put this stuff on everything, sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, soup, crackers... you name it. The bad. - This stuff is pricey. This is the most I have spent on a hot sauce. I will say that even though it is pricey, it has lasted for a while and in my opinion, worth the price paid. I have recommended this sauce to several of my friends, and anyone that has tried it has liked it to varying degrees. It is not the hottest stuff out there, but honestly for the taste and the heat, it is one of the best around!

When you want a 10/10 Heat, that's backed by great flavor
This sauce is a 10/10 for heat, and an 8/10 for flavor. I love this brand. I think the first place I saw it and tried it was a Firehouse Subs in North Hollywood. If you like garlic, and you want a hot sauce that's too hot to be sold in a supermarket (and almost too hot to eat), I highly recommend this one. It's fantastic with fried chicken, submarine sandwiches, and burritos. Literally, just a dab is all you need. I forgot this when I opened it today, and smothered my whole fried chicken leg with the sauce and man...that was a painful first bite.

Great burn
This sauce was really enjoyable, the flavor and the heat go great together. At first the heat is instant and intense but after a little while it is a soothing burn . The hot sauce has a thickness of a creamy sauce . Overall I give it a 9/10

Good sauce, nice price. Torchbearer has packaging issues
Package arrived completely dripping in sauce. It appears that about 1/4 of the sauce leaked out. The sauce was still sealed, which is weird. The sauce itself is faintly similar in taste and smell to tabasco. Overall a fairly good flavor on certain foods. Not very good to eat by itself or on a cracker, IMO. The spice comes in slowly and lasts for quite a while. Overall, I would not consider this sauce to be as hot as Tabasco Scorpion, but the two sauces are a completely different spice profile. Despite the packaging snafu (a torchbearer issue and not the shipper) the sauce is a pretty good value for what it is.

Favorite hot sauce right now
This is currently one of my top 2 hot sauces. Okay, it's actually my number one now that I think about it. I haven't used any others in my kitchen in months. It is very HOT and you only need a tiny drop or two for heat and flavor. Depending on personal preference. I can eat spicy food, but this is HOT...and I love it. The garlic flavor and heat is top notch. I'm addicted to this. It's great on meats, rice, mix in with homemade dips, soups, etc. I hope this never gets discontinued. This smells good, tastes good and has a good *shelf life* but not as long as regular grocery store hot sauces that my be good for 2 years for example. **Note that this needs to be refrigerated after opening.

FEELIN HOT HOT HOT
10/10. Wow. Every hot sauce I get for my husband, his response is “oh that’s tasty”, but it’s never hot enough for him. THIS ONE HOWEVER…brought my man to tears (or as he calls it, “cheek sweat”) and he LOVED IT. This had him running for ice cream after. Absolutely incredible. In his words - “Score 1 for the hot sauce!!!!”

Delicious But Treat With Respect
Being diabetic, I eat a lot of vegetarian and various bean soups and was looking for something to boost flavor. Man, did I hit the jackpot with this stuff! Soups, salads, broiled fish and chicken breast, whatever - everything became much tastier and full-bodied with a nice smoky flavor. But you better treat it with respect! A little drop if enough to season an entire pot for me. It is after all made from one of the hottest peppers on the planet.

This is absolutely my favourite hot sauce. It is hot but not overwhelmingly so, which means you can use plenty of it without destroying the flavour of your food. It has a great, punchy element of garlic to it, with the reaper coming in after the garlic. I use this all the time and even do things like mixing it with mayo for people who don't like spice because the flavour is so good. I would also say it's pretty middle of the road in terms of thickness, not mash thick but certainly not thin either. I try so many hot sauces, and like a broad range, but this is one that's always in the fridge. I should say it does have a tendency to separate so give it a good shake before use to allow it to recover its brown/orange colour. I've had no issues with longevity and I certainly always finish the bottle before there's any chance of the sauce going bad.

Heat hits you immediately, not too spicy but a lot of flavor. I recommend giving it a try!

Very very very hot! The sauce is very pale which made me think it was going to be a flavour over heat kind of sauce. While very flavourful, don't be deceived into dumping it on your pizza - it is SO spicy!!!!

Really freakin’ spicy! Was worried it wouldn’t be spicy enough after reading some of the reviews but it’s perfect for me. It’s very hot but a tolerable, enjoyable heat. And it has so much flavour too - really impressed with this sauce. Wasn’t as spicy coming out as it was going in, so that was a nice surprise!

I finally found the best balance between flavor and spiciness/hotness. At first, I didn't like the added lime juice taste, but I started liking it after a few tastings. I can't taste the garlic in it, even though it's there. Other than that, the amount of hotness if very adequate. The amount of flavor is very nice too, it's not just a burning sensation, but a party for my taste buds. Just to compare, "Sriracha" sauce tastes like ketchup after this one :) Which is great, as sriracha became kindda dull taste-wise lately. One small side-note to the manufacturer. It would've been VERY convenient to have this sauce in a squeezable bottle, similar to the sriracha one. This way, it would've been easier to control the dispensed amount. Otherwise, I'll definitely buy more of this once I run out of it. And the price is NOT an issue. You get a specialty product, expect to pay a premium for it!
