Zeus Everyday Beard Care Kit, Regular Oil

Nothing to dislike, excellent product

I have a very long history of buying grooming products for my beard. I eventually joined one of those bearded groups and started using their products, but their products were drying my skin out. I found the Zeus shampoo and conditioner here on Amazon, back around early September (3-4 months ago) and was skeptical because I love Lime Verbena scent and couldn't believe someone had made a non-Tea Tree scent in beard shampoo. Both the shampoo and conditioner have become my go to beard shower products. Remember when judging scents, we all mostly have different pH levels and our flesh/pores react differently and give off slightly-different scents. Lime and coconut are two my skin does well with and this Lime Verbena is excellent in scent. It also saved my suddenly dried-out beard. My beard isn't as long as many, maybe 2 inches below my chin and I do keep it well-maintained. I also had just bought another company's beard shampoo, oil and conditioner (leave-in balm), but haven't even tried it yet since I like this Zeus set so much. I bought this set for myself as a Christmas gift. Meaning, I got around 3-4 months use out of the shampoo and conditioner. I'll update my review as I go since I have yet to try the oil or balm, but I had noticed reviews about people receiving boxes that were opened, that looked used, had the wrong scents in them and wanted to comment on that since mine too had "hair" in it. That "hair" is from the little sack that comes with the set. It's not human hair. I don't know if Zeus products realize the sack sheds in the box? All of my products were the right scent. In a splurge, I also bought Zeus 2nd-cut boar bristle brush. I have a couple of beard combs, but they struggle getting through the thickness of my goatee area. So far, it has worked very well too. Very impressed with this brand and their products. I might try another scent someday, but the Lime Verbena works well with my cologne.

All of the Zeus products are great for your face, smell great either in the Vanillarum, Sandalwood, or Verbenalime. I've used them all and can atest they smell great, clean your beard leaving a great scent, and for the cost compared to all others are top notch. I will use Zeus almost certainly forever. James.

I've been through a lot of products before giving up and just using heads and shoulders for my beard. My beard was so damaged and tangled every time I got out of the shower I could immediately notice and lately I've been more cautious. I've tried more organic products from a store I know but they left stains from the dyes they use so I'm guessing it isn't organic. I've stumbled upon this product and let me say: it's expensive. With that, it really is worth it because after just 3 showers using it, my beard is healthier and smells amazing. I got home late tonight actually and I didn't have time to straighten my hair.. I took a shower using the shampoo and conditioner and then added the oil and a bit of beard balm and my hair is starting to have a natural straight look without the effort. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is just starting to grow a beard or to a long time beard owner because this product does show results!!

Smells great and works even better. I've used a few beard oils and washes in the past and my experience was mediocre enough to where I didn't buy them again until years later. I went with the full blown kit from Zeus to see if it made a difference. After only two days I can already start to feel the difference in my beard's texture. It's also helping with my dry skin that comes each winter. The balm is a fantastic product. It helps tame the stray whiskers without too much of a waxy feeling. Overall great buy.

I've bought this multi-pack multiple times. Zeus makes the best beard care products in my opinion. I've tried others from target and amazon but I always come back to Zeus. I've only tried the verbena lime scent and I really like it. The balm doesn't have a lime scent, it's more of a sweet smell but not bad. I've never had any skin issues from using it and highly recommend it. My beard doesn't get frizzy while using Zeus and no matter how long my beard is, Zeus keeps its styled without looking oily all day.
