We bought a new kitchen sink, and wanted to replace our old "instant hot water" faucet (which was chrome and black plastic) with one that would match the sink. When I was looking for alternatives I found this - didn't buy it at first because it seemed ridiculously expensive for a stupid little faucet. But after more research I found them all to be ridiculously expensive for stupid little faucets so I sucked it up and bought this one. It's well made, looks great, and once I forgot how much I paid for it, I love it. One feature that I did not realize it had is variable pressure for dispensing the hot water. If you pull the lever toward you, you get a low-to-normal pressure stream. If you push the lever away from you, you get a high pressure stream (high enough pressure that it sometimes splashes, so be careful).

This item looks very good since it matches the faucet chosen however it is the single most overpriced item we have added to the home. I really feel like insinkerator is price gouging when you want trim for the instant hot water dispenser in anything other than chrome. Our complaint is that color finish choices should be offered with the unit itself at a reasonable upgrade price.

Great replacement to the brushed nickel. We had new countertops installed and went with oil brushed bronze. Couldn’t find anything at the box stores that matched the faucet and hand soap dispenser we got at box store - this matched perfectly and worked with our existing warmer unit.

Since I am not particularly familiar with plumbing supplies, I foolishly bought this faucet without realizing that the hot water tank is also needed to make the entire system work. Very inconvenient to have a plumber scheduled, only to find out that I only ordered half of what I needed. I guess that not the fault of InSinkErator however.

Fit our marble countertop just fine. Matches the oil rubbed bronze sink fixtures very well. Clear instructions. And best of all, it is just what the wife wanted. As some other reviewers noted, I needed to buy a separate fitting to mate it to the existing plumbing. Thanks to their reviews, I knew I needed to do so.
