How much use something is going to get determine what level of quality you want to invest in. Sometimes a product is good for a short time, but the price is so good that it is cheaper to keep replacing the cheap item. I do that with dvd players. I buy the 25 dollar model and it lasts me 18 months as opposed to the 250 types.For me, I know I only needed about 2 weeks on crutches. If I knew I was going to use them for 3-6 months, I would have done a lot more research and some testing. For the price, these crutches were excellent. Solid construction and easy to adjust. I never did any long walks during the first week so can not comment on that, but around the house and short distances they were fine.I liked the armpit cushion being sticky since some days I was alone in the house and I was able to hold a cup or plate in one hand and guide the crutch with my shoulder. The crutch remained in place under my arm.Overall, very happy with this purchase and nice to have a set in the house for any future issues.

A little on the tinny side, but they do the job ok. Didn't want to pay a small fortune for expensive devices I only needed for a short period. These are light weight and allowed me to get around well enough.

I ordered these for my daughter for a sprained ankle and they are too tall for her. I am unable to return or replace them. Do not buy.

Simple, light and comfortable.I received a set of these from the first aid station when I broke my foot at a local airport. I have used them for 2 months and they are still in very good shape.I am 5'10 1/2 and find the 5'9 setting on these to fit me best, so I think they would probably fit someone an inch or two taller than indicated, if you are right on the border of buying the Adult Large (up to 5'10) or the Adult Tall (5'10+).I thought enough of these that I sought out the exact same product that I had been provided by the first aid station and bought them here on Amazon and had them shipped to the first aid station to replace the ones they had given me.If you find this review helpful, please say so. I wouldn't say I love them. I chose 5 stars because they are pretty much indestructable. With three little ones running around, and trying to play with them, that comes in handy. I purchased these because I am 7 months pregnant and my hip is acting up. There isn't much a doctor can do for me while pregnant, so I can use these to take the pressure of the extra weight off the hip. It has worked out well. As a mother of soon to be 4 kids, I am bound to have one of them need crutches and I am sure these will last for years to come. I would recommend purchasing different grips and under arm pads. The rubber is very hard and can cause friction under your arms.

I like them very adjustable.

I had a hip replacement surgery so needed crutches to help going up and down stairs. These are very sturdy and have comfortable hand grips and under arm padding. Great crutches!

Great product. They work well. The only thing I notice is that the height mark for the adjustment is not accurate. In addition they don’t offer returns or exchanges
