Okay, I have tried whitestone, official, Zagg, a cheaper version of this one and then this one. This and the whitestone are by far the best feeling under the finger and the cheaper version of this style from another seller is all rough and gritty under the finger making the experience awful. NOW ABOUT THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, I screwed up my first try by putting the glue on the screen in the bright hot sun on a perfectly clear day which in turn hardened the glue. DONT DO THAT, I messaged the seller and he was awesome and sent a replacement for me and reminded me to not install in the bright sunlight haha.....Now OTHER REVIEWERS are reporting that the sticker is stuck to the glass and that it leaves a smudge, it's not, I REPEAT, it's not. The plastic sheet and the sticker are just not bonded all the way, this was true on my original and replacement screen.I put my second screen on no problem and made sure to keep the glue out of the speaker and I couldn't be happier! To make the fingerprint work I covered that particular portion of the screen with the sticker pad and cured everywhere but the fingerprint, THEN removed the patch and pressed down on the glass and cured the fingerprint last to make the glass closer the sensor. Works like a charm and all thanks to some youtube clip I saw!Pros: smooth, clear, protective, works with the fingerprint sensor, the seller was awesome about helping me despite my own stupidity!Cons: The sticker isn't fully bonded to the plastic so removing the plastic is a tad more difficult for the not as clever or patient ;) , the UV light is small.

NOT tempered glass, it's hard plastic. Really horrible instructions on packaging. Packaging has something completely random written on it talking about "aerophanes" in broken English (see photo).Glue got into the speaker on the top front of phone. Bubbles were EVERYWHERE and if you try to get them out, you lose glue out of the sides, making the protector not fully adhere to phone (essentially, more bubbles form).I am the person friends and family come to when they need a screen protectors because I do it perfectly every time. This one was horrible. Only good part was I never got to the UV light step so the glue wiped off easily with rubbing alcohol.I'll be asking for my money back.

It's very easy to install I would say it's like the dome tempered glass but with a better price highly recommended

I ordered this as a replacement for the whitestone that I cracked after only a couple weeks since they don't sell replacements. I have to say, it's terrible quality. The glass is warped so it won't sit properly on the phone and the glue will bubble up at the edges or corners. The protective backing was not even on the glass at all, just a sticker that said remove before installation, which left a big gob of adhesive I had to clean of first. I will be sending this back and getting another whitestone even with their ridiculous pricing.

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are all about but I had no issue with this screen protector, the fingerprint reader even still works (although not as well as with the original protector but hey it works). I would very much recommend this over Whitestone because of the price but if you are afraid of the install go with Whitestone because their kit include an alignment tray which makes it a lot easier but it is definitely still possible with out it. The screen protector is actually glass (not sure why someone seems to think it's plastic) and if you watch a video or two of how to install a UV screen protector you will have a flawless install like I did. Save your money and buy this over Whitestone.

Ok, so I've installed the whitestone on a note 9, it's system is mostly foolproof, this protector is every bit as nice but a little tricky, first off they give you to much glue, you only need maybe half. I put masking tape over all the ports buttons etc. Just in case. The protector itself does have a plastic backing unlike what some of the reviews say but the little tab didn't lift it so I had to get ahold of it with my fingernail to peel it off. The Fingerprint scanner works fine. 5 stars all day at this price

Glass had a small imperfection that is visible after application, I noticed it before install and the glue spread around it causing a bubble.

I actually had the Whitestone on my S10 plus first and the fingerprint didn't work. But I kept it on until it cracked because I didn't want to use the bare screen. Bought this as a cheaper replacement and guess what.. fingerprint actually works on this one. I already had the case and UV light from Whitestone so just used that and now this protector is working better and cheaper price.
