Great hip pack for shorter rides.
I bought this pack specifically for those shorter MTB rides so that I could have water without the hot backpack. It's perfect (I would need more water for a ride over 2 hours). The hose clip with combo of mechanical fastener and magnet is secure. After 3 or 4 tries on my first ride it was easy to snap right back in place once I got the feel for it. I wear it over my untucked shirt which is comfortable on my waist. The hose is plenty long enough to drink comfortably wile riding (I'm 6'7"). Just enough room for little extras like a few bars, gels, wallet, multitool, CO2 and a wind vest. I've even used it on shorter hikes - more comfortable than carrying a water bottle.

Hose may a little short
Stock hose can be little short for taller individuals. I’m 6’1 and it’s just barely long enough. Hose is only a few bucks, and I plan on upgrading the setup to have a hose cover anyways.Perfect for exercising on a bike. Fits my phone, inhaler, air pod case, and still has room to spare.

Comfortable for a 1-2 hour MTB ride
It doesn't hold a ton of water, but its really handy for my quick XC and downhill rides. It sits on my lower back so it doesn't through my weight around. I also ride without a jersey on the hot summer days so its nice to still have stuff stored where I would normally have pockets. With the bladder full I can fit the following: tourniquet, bandages, finger splints, cellphone, car keys, multi tool, cliff bar, a few gel packs nad have a small bit of room left. It has some velcrostraps to hold the spare belt down, which once its dialed in, feels extremely comfortable and doesn't bounce around at all! As a bonus the magnet that holds the mouth piece in place is very strong, I have never had it pop out. I haven't tried running with it yet, just biking. I also sometimes take my camera backpack with me, and I have found I can take this bladder out and fit it inside the top part easily. My only gripe is that I wish It had a bit more of an internal frame and the bladder section was a touch stretchier to fit the full bladder into. I would buy it again over a normal camel backpack style.

Fits alot and works great
Used for mountain biking. Keeps the heat off of my back and does not bounce around. I pour 2 bottles of water for my rides but can take around half another bottle, maybe more. The magnetic clip for the bite valve and tube works great. Slide up to tale out and just get it close enough to clip itself in. Does not take much to make that work.Enough space for some basic tools, my phone, snacks and a little bit of first aid stuff.

Good solution for pack hydration. Some adjustment needed out of box.
Good solution to move hydration from your back (hot and sweaty) to your hips for better weight distribution. Out of the box configuration was not the best as it kinks the line and prevents good h2o flow due to how the outlet is set up. I swapped the line and magnet from right to left side and was a huge difference. At its fullest it holds about 2.5-3 standard full water bottles. Good enough volume of water for most of my 1.5-2 hr rides (16-20 miles and approx 2K of elevation) with some water (1 bottle?) remaining at the end. The magnetic holder takes a bit of getting use to (while on the move) but holds pretty solid. The rear compartment can hold my emergency tools and a mini pump. Some space in the main water compartment too but takes away space from the outside compartment if filled up. Side packs are large enough for hold 2 Cliff bars each. One side is zippered while the other is an elastic secured pouch (for easier access to a small iPhone?). Overall a good solution and doesn’t move much unless you’re really getting into some technical stuff or decent sized jumps (but still remains stable). Adjustment straps have velcro retaining straps for excess and looks like it can adjust to larger individuals easily. I’m a size 30’ waist and there’s plenty of extra strap left.
