This is made differently than the ones you commonly see in big-box hardware stores. It has not been dipped hastily in some kind of enamel glop that is haphazardly thick-and-thin over the surface of the steel. In my experience those don't last too long because the enamel coating develops cracks and then the whole thing starts to rust. This is much more like a good quality non-stick pan with a uniform surface coating and precisely machined holes for heat transfer and oil drainage. It cleans up really well, either by hand or in the dishwasher. I plan to treat it with respect (no harsh abrasives) and expect it to last. I'm very pleased.

This is exactly what we have been using for years, except this one is non-stick coated (not sure what chemicals come with that). We needed one for a second Weber grill at a different location and think this will be terrific. Delivery was quick and the product is just as promised. Sorry we haven't yet used it to review its performance.

Used for the first time tonight on my Weber Spirit propane grill at 400 degrees F. Non stick is very effective. Tray is sturdy but did warp quite a bit due to the heat of the grill (see photo). Could be from uneven grill heating though the two burners are set to the same heat. Seems worth the price since the warping isn’t preventing me from grilling shrimp and asparagus as intended.

Note it will warp after a few uses. I wouldn’t use on intense heat either. Started to chip.

I sprayed both sides with Olive Oil cooking spray and placed two Pork Steaks on the rack - since I was burning out an old Stump in the yard, I decided to place the tray directly on the Stump and see what happened. I LOVE THIS TRAY/Basket (as they call it)! It DID NOT WARP at all. It cooked my meat perfectly (so I decided to throw some Chicken on too (after the steaks were through. I did not clean it in between and the Chicken also cooked to perfection. I brought the tray inside and sprayed it off in the sink, I barely scrubbed it and all the baked on juices came right off! (I used the cheapest Olive Oil Spray). I'm IMPRESSED!! I bought two and they just arrived - They have an even coating of a non-stick surface front, back, and all sides. They are heavier than I thought they'd be. They appear to be well made. They are a good size (bigger than most I saw online - which is why I chose them). They have raised edges on three sides, one side has no edge so sliding the food off will be easier. They have a handle on each end but you'll need a couple of potholders to lift it. I'm going to try to use one in my Air-Fryer oven and the other for my outdoor grill. Will update soon.

Use this a few times a week for a few months now and no rust. Sturdy and fits perfectly on my grill.
