HOROW UF Toilet Seat for HWMT-8733 Compact Toilet, Round Toilet Seat

We bought the small toilet awhile back and the seat was a terrible design. Had an impossible installation mechanism and the connector was plastic and brittle. It broke within a year. So we bought this seat, which was a big improvement, however expensive. But easy to install and sturdier.

This "UF" seat is much nicer than the other, amusingly named "PP" toilet seat. It has a nice heft to it, looks like, and it feels very sturdy. However, exactly like the "PP", the seat hugs the actual toilet frame exactly. This leads to a regular sized opening, but the seat itself is rather narrow. That's more of a ding on the toilet than the seat, but I hope it will help people make up their mind.

Much nicer and heavier than the original seat. Just buy it when you order the toilet. You will want it. Color matches perfect and is very strong. It doesn’t bend when you sit on it. The quick detach feature is great. Takes a few min to set it up correctly and get it even.

This seat is better than the seat that comes with the toilet. It is more sturdy. It is very easy to remove for cleaning and is a definite upgrade. I personally think it is a little over priced, but I will say that the company offers excellent customer service. When I contacted their customer service, they went above and beyond to make certain that I was happy. That alone says it all!

For a $70 seat, it feels cheap. It's wobbly and with all the groves, it's difficult to clean.

Feels much better and substantial compared to the one that came with the toilet plus no tools needed to take seat off for cleaning. Only knock is I wish there woulda been an option to order the toilet with this seat.

Tighten it they say. It’ll stay lined up they say. Nope. It goes sideways always after using and when one tries to rectify that by tightening the hardware, the baseplate snaps. Another 18 bucks for replacement attaching hardware. Very disappointed.

UPDATE****Seller immediately responded and sent me replacement parts free of charge. Thank youLoved this toilet seat upgrade until the round silver caps started rusting! Only rusting on the inside part not the outside!
