Exactly as described
I've only had it for less than 24 hours but am already using and enjoying it. I spent weeks researching different brands of bean bag furniture, from high end to super cheap, watched every unboxing video on YouTube, etc. All of the brands seemed to have similar reviews ...all would have a percentage of buyers that said it was perfect, but always a percentage that would say there wasn't enough foam, it didn't expand, was clumpy, unsupportive, bad quality of foam etc. Eventually I noticed that there were hardly any of those negatives in the Jaxx reviews, so I decided to go for it. My beanbag began expanding immediately, and in less than half an hour it was already very full and soft and comfy to lie on. The cover is high quality and very soft. There is also none of the smell that people complain about with some brands. My only concern is that the cover is so large and heavy I'm not sure if my washer will handle it, but that's not the fault of the product, just something for buyers to be aware of if purchasing the largest size like I did.

I'm loving it! Literally jump in, relax and enjoy! : )
Yea! I finally got my bean bag. I've always been wanting one ever since I used to have one when I was a kid. Remember those old style vinyl ones filled with plastic beads? Yeah, this is definitely not that and a major modern upgrade! This is the first review I have done on any purchase. I am willing to take the time with this because it has been one of the best purchases as far as furniture goes. I don't remember after all the reviews that I had read if there was any complaints of the Jaxx giving a bad smell when opened. Let me assure you that this one did not. I got the Charcoal grey cover. It might of been the other brands they were referring to. I was over the road when it arrived, so I asked my wife to go ahead and wash it anyway. She said when she opened it, that she was either nose blind or it did not smell bad. Good idea to wash it anyway before use like you do clothes to remove any dies. I even posted some pics of the steps in process. When the directions describe to unzip and peel open the vacuum compression bags quickly, it means quickly because the foam starts to expand as soon as air gets to it. Not to big of deal if you don't because you can just cut them off if it get too tight to remove. If you can save the vacuum bags, I thought you might be able to use them as foot rest. you would just need some filler. I placed all three bags inside liner and removed plastic. Here you have a choice of zipping it up and breaking apart foam while its sealed inside liner and possibly not being able to get all broke up and waiting the 72 hours or more like instructed to. Or you can do like I decided to do which is to break up the foam while its accessible. Be warned though. This is kinda messy because the foam is very static-y and very annoying because it sticks to hands, arms and jumps all over the place. Doing it this way, I did not have to wait 72 hours and was ready to literally jump in as soon as clean up was done and I put on the cover. My wife purchased a matching color bed quilt to protect it from animals getting on it while I'm away (because nobody can resist jumping into the bag). It's a little hard to get out of; not only because it so comfortable but because you get cocooned in and have to kinda roll out of it. Well worth the purchase! Extremely happy! I had no problem falling asleep in it! It also will make another good place for friends or family to sleep while visiting. Hope this helps with you decision.

Huge, comfy
Pretty much a giant awesome bean bag. It does get molded easily and it heavy to move around to reshape, but that seems expected

Excellent product, durable and of good quality material, easy to setup for use.
Just a few notes. Throughly happy with the 7ft Jaxx "Bean Bag" a few notes about setup as fair warning to others who get this excellent product.1) Its Huge, and surprisingly heavy, about 80-100 lbs when all setup. make sure you have about 8 ft lengthwise and about 4-5 ft width-wise space for use.2) Mine came in 2 large boxes containing the outer cover, the inner liner and 3, 2ft cubes of very compressed foam particles/shreds each weighing about 30 lbs or so.3) The cubes have a zipped vinyl cover on the outside and the foam inside is plastic wrapped as well. Note that the cubes will begin expanding very quickly within their plastic as soon as their vinyl covers are peeled off.4) My suggestion is placing the plastic wrapped cubes inside the liner, then (while working within the liner) slicing/cutting the plastic over the foam all the way down one side, then immediately turning the cube away from yourself (to minimize the mess) and sliding the plastic off the foam cube (toward yourself) Do this for each cube in turn, then zipping everything up,5) wrap it all in exterior cover and zipping that up as well, before the foam finishes expanding.6) Leave it alone for a day or so to fully expand, you can jump on it or try to knead and break up the cubes inside to speed this up , as well.7) Relax :)Notes after a couple days: No Appreciable smell from the filler, Can sleep comfortably in it (I'm 6'3"), note it fills a big area of the room, about the equivalent of a queen sized mattress in horizontal area when in use (and is spreading out a bit laterally), the filler it came with fills it quite adequately to me, supporting my weight completely. adapting much like a hammock, but with far more underlying support. Easily usable functionally as either a bed or couch. the material of both the interior liner and the exterior cover is durable enough that I have no concerns about my cats damaging it with their claws.

Very Comfortable
This memory foam bag met expectations and there was no chemical smell. I got the big 7 foot bag and receive 3 blocks of foam for it. I made it a point to break up the foam as much as possible because I'd other complaints this could be to lumpy. I think be breaking off the pieces as much as you can even though it is a long tedious process, it's worth it.The bag sags down but not to much. It is very comfortable and feels great to my back after a long work shift. I think I'm going to get a lap table for my laptop to use with it.Last thought, while this thing is huge it's weight is just 80 pounds, so I consider this a good alternative to buying a much heavier recliner for my apartment.
