I work with a monitor on my desk which doesn't turn around on its own, and I'm often picking it up to show people some thing or other on the screen . . . Well I finally thought 'isn't there something that could do that for me?' and now here we are with a monitor turntable. I didn't know this thingy existed but I sure am now. It's perfect and works just great. It swivels smoothly and quietly and sits there perfectly still when I'm not rotating it. What more could you ask?

We recently purchased an all-in-one computer/monitor. It is set up on our kitchen peninsula - between the kitchen and living room. I will oftentimes be sitting at the computer and want to show something to my husband in the living room, but turning the computer so he could see it was kind of a pain in the butt because it was heavy and awkward. So, I found this turntable and gave it a try. What a world of difference this has made! The base of the monitor stand fit on it perfectly. I was worried that it might be tipsy if the weight wasn't distributed just right, but it's not at all tipsy. It spins very smoothly and isn't noisy and doesn't "drag" at all. It came fully assembled and was quick and easy to put into place. Different sizes of these would be handy inside cupboards or closets too. I would definitely purchase this again.

Got this product to spin out pour art. That said, it will rotate [& kinda spin] just fine for split cup pours but won't smoothly spin to blow out or expand paint on a canvas. It will work for now until I find a smoother spinning platform, and works great for the price.

It was perfect for my needs

I bought this for my lightweight plastic metal base manuiquine. It works wonderful. I had an unfortunate fall off my roof almost 2 years ago and it hurt my right side very badly and I needed a way to to turn her easily without hurting my right side so badly. It also helped level he up as the plastic ones are very rarely level and this did that also so extremely pleased with this very cheap all around fix as it fixed not just one problem but 2. This is an awesome deal and if it works for my problem. I imagine it would really work for what it is intended for.

This is, indeed, heavy duty, at least for household use. I have an iMac sitting on it and it swivels very easily and smoothly. The base is the same size as the swivel platform, which makes it sit solidly on a table or desk without raising the height. Just be sure that you understand the relative sizes of these; this small one is only 8 inches across. I have a larger version with another monitor on it and I didn't realize how small this one was. Measure exactly what you'll be putting on it and how you will use it before ordering. Highly recommended.

Wanted to set medium sized motorcycle parts on it for cleaning. As soon as I opened it I knew that was out of the question. I ended up using it for my various spray cans and so forth. A real space saver actually. Especially if you have multiple can with the little red tube attached. Point all of them towards the center and it works great for quickly finding what you need. I don't know that I would have bought it just for that. But it is what it is. I'll probably just end getting a heavy duty bare swivel only and finding my own material to make the base and work surface out of.
