Very well made. Nice and tall. Liner is well-made and heavy. Only problem is that it is a very tight fit, difficult to get on.

These baskets are made to last as far as I can see.

This is a very nice basket, however, I returned it as it wasn't the size I was expecting and ended up being too small for my use. I'm on the hunt to find something else.

Does the job. The canvas liner fits snuggly in the basket, and washes easily. The basket works well and seems like it will hold up to many years of bread making. Eventually, I’ll get more than one…but for now it’ll do.

The banneton looks sturdy and great except for the one odd-looking split. But it should still shape my sourdough just fine.

Before using, I season with cassava flour and water mist to create a protective, non-stick surface for my dough's last rise. Cassava instead of the same bread flour you are using prevents the dough from sticking. Works great!

I bought this to make artesian bread. It works great. I use it to fill different sized Dutch ovens. Sturdy, and holds the flour to keep the bread from sticking.
