I don't buy into the pseudoscience behind the way kinesiology tape "works" so I won't comment on any perceived pain relief/increased range of motion.However, I needed a tape that would stick to my skin for two days and through showering to help keep some medicated pads on my foot, and this tape worked pretty well for that.The tape is very sticky and held tight to the sole of my foot for as long as I needed it to. By the second day, the edges were starting peel up but the rest of the tape was stuck firmly on my skin. It wasn't so sticky that it hurt to remove but it definitely wasn't going anywhere without me intentionally peeling it off.My main gripe with the tape is that it is really difficult to cleanly cut with scissors. Since you aren't going to use an entire roll of tape at once, that's not good. It's almost like trying to cut duct tape but the good news is that once you get a cut started you can just tear the tape by hand. It doesn't look very neat, but it does work.Overall, if you're looking kinesiology tape then this one sticks pretty well and is reasonably priced.

But this is works! I bought it to use for my arthritic knees and it makes a BIG difference. Range of motion is good. Barely feel any of the pain when bending that I usually feel. Wish this was a permanent fix, but at least I have something to go to when I feel I need the extra support.

I’ve been using this tape for a few months now and I do feel it has helped a lot with round ligament pain caused with pregnancy. First time I used the tape, I kept it on for a few days, but when I took it off… whew baby talk about a terrible wax! Lol hurt like a mother being pulled off. Second time I used it, I put oil on my skin (opposite of directions to hopefully help it come off easier lol) and I *think* that helped. Still hurt pulling off, but not nearly as bad. I shower with the tape on and generally remove/replace every few days. I also give my skin a break between replacements and use a velcro belly band when not using this tape. So far that combination has greatly helped my ligament pain!

I’m a physical therapist, I bought this for personal use for myself and my family. This tape works better than I was expecting for the price! My only critique is that the edges start to fray a little quicker than the more expensive tapes, but it still lasts plenty of days. I recommend it if you’re looking for tape on a budget!

This tape is excellent. I have several rolls of another name branded tape and I can say that the adhesion and strength of this tape is much better. I highly recommend this tape.

I have been using kinesiology tape for years. However, I bought these for the first time and they are different than other brands. These last and hold way longer than the other brands. Usually I try to make it last 2-3 days before it peels off but this lasts at least a week or longer. It was so stuck on that I tried to remove it in the shower while it’s wet but it honestly did leave a mark. I read the other reviews saying the same thing that it left marks or took skin off. I thought maybe they just didn’t take it off carefully enough but then it happened to me too. I think it’s still worth the money when these last longer. I’m able to workout in them and not have to worry about sweat making it come off. Just be careful when peeling it off.

I am an extremely top heavy female that decided to use this tape to strap myself in my bridesmaids dress at my sisters wedding. You will NOT fall out. They will be sealed in place as if an ancient civilization knew of their power carving warnings in stone.But also if you go over the nipple prepare to be cursed upon this ancient power. It became one with my body after several hours of wear. I would HIGHLY suggest using some kind of body oil - mineral, coconut, olive oil etc - to get it off. Don’t rip or peel. You will end up holding onto a curtain drunk in a hotel room at 2 am with your sister and your boyfriend trying to rip off your boob tape and the whole boob going with it.godspeed

When directions are followed, this tape stays put for days. The colors are a nice option. I'll buy this brand again!

J'ai essayé plusieurs tapes dans les dernières années et celui est de loin supérieur aux précédents. Son adhésif permet un maintien prolongé et il reste en place pendant de nombreux jours malgré les douches quotidiennes et tout. Je le recommande fortement.
