Too much money for an ok product
Nice holder for the shower but the adjustable angle is pressure fit so it will always angle down due to the weight of the shower head. Finish and installation bracket are good quality but the holding end is a little wide and shaped a little off so it doesn't hold the hose as well as it should. Overall not bad but too much money for what it is.

This did not work for me. I have put a hole in my new absurdly expensive tile. I'm very unhappy.
This did not work for me. Any time that i tried to put the showerhead into the bracket it simp!y slid away and pointed where ever it wanted. Mostly at the shower curtain. I tried adjusting what i could but whenever i placed the weight of the showerhead into the bracket it slid all about. It was wall mounted on my brand new very expensive shower tile. So i made a mistake there. This was my experience with the product.

Needs more angle
The part is great quality but it doesn’t tilt as far as I need it to. I really need something that tilts to around 25 degrees, but this one doesn’t. Maybe 10 degrees?

Weak
It wasn’t hard to install, but I’m in the business. For someone without the proper tools they would need a professional. I don’t like that it doesn’t stay in desired position, the tension is not great enough to hold up the handle and faces down all the time. Why is it adjustable if you can’t adjust it.

Trash product
Concept is there but design for mount is stupid. The engineers blew it here, I wish I knew this before purchase.

Does not properly fit Delta, Moen or Koehler hand shower devices; unsteady!
Although advertised as fitting most hand showers it wasn’t deep or wide enough to fit Delta or Moen or Koehler units resulting in the hand shower not properly seat in the holder. Disappointed.

Good quality but needs a rubber strip inside loop to protect shower wand

It fell apart when I put the shower head on
It was very easy to install. There was no suction power or adhesion needed because it installs with screws. It fell apart moments after I put my shower head on it. This is not for a good quality “heavy” (for a shower head) shower head. It’s for very cheap, light weight shower heads only. I’m just thankful my shower head didn’t break from falling at least six feet.

100% happy with my purchase. Replaces a plastic one I purchase here
