This stuff is very potent. Don’t overtake it. I had testing of my hormone levels, DHEA level was at high range of normal. My GYN said he didn’t want to go any higher. I was taking 4 drops, 3x’s day on tongue (sublingual, as I understand, goes into your system w out stressing liver like pills would.) Now I only take 2 drops a couple times daily. Be sure to shake well each time. Yes, after a while it will deposit a white residue around outer rim, where it dribbles over when putting lid back on. Stuff inside is fine. Just wipe outer edge off if it bothers you—inside is fine. Love Biomatrix products. Been taking this for several years.

I like the way this stuff makes me feel. Let's just say the fog of doom has been lifted. The only problem that I have with it has to do with the irritation to my mucous membranes when taking it as directed. The first time I took this I placed 2 drops under my tongue as directed. Now I'm no wimp when it comes to pain, but I actually screamed and quickly swooshed some water around in my mouth. Wow this stuff burns! So now what I do is take a 1/4 tsp of water, and add the 2 drops to that (after shaking the bottle), then pour it under my tongue and hold it there for about 2-5 minutes. No burn at all this way. OK, now for those of you who are reading this review and thinking that you're going to follow the instructions and place 2 drops under your tongue directly from the dropper as per the instructions ... well don't say I didn't warn you. But I don't want to end on a down note. This stuff really works. I wake up in the morning excited about life. Haven't felt that way in a few decades. If your DHEA is low, I highly recommend this brand. One more thing ... If you're like me you've researched the DHEA dosage. Just in case you weren't aware of this, the DHEA in liquid/alcohol (such as this brand) is about 5X more potent than the pills. So follow the instructions on the bottle, and don't attempt to take 25-50 mg of this brand by upping the number of drops you take. If you stick to 2 drops 2X a day, that's an equivalent of about 48 mg of the pill form, which is right in line with what's recommended for people with low DHEA.

Ok. I absolutely hate being negative, but this product tastes absolutely awful. Its like ingesting acetone. Maybe if diluted in coffee.,, I bought it because it was expensive and drops so i thought it would be high quality and effective, and , maybe, it is but, I will not get past the taste

Yall a bunch of babies. Yeah it’s hot when it hits under your tongue but quickly passes. We’re not talking third degree burns here. Geesh.

I have only been taking this a few days so I cannot say if it’s working or not, yet. I was told to take this by my Endocrinologist. Now, the flavor is not good. Most people can get by with that. There is one thing that surprised me, but with some research, I found that this was very common with the liquid form. This was the burning sensation when dropped into mouth. Again, THIS IS COMMON. This product isn’t thick at all, which I like. Once I use this more, I will leave an update. So far, I would buy it again.

This is a good quality DHEA supplement and has been very helpful for my hormone regulation when I use it correctly. I highly recommend NOT using DHEA unless recommended by a doctor due to bloodwork, as it can make you ragey if you don’t need it. I started out using 2 drops twice a day and once my dhea levels got back to a healthy place, now only use one drop in the morning. Don’t overdue it!

Bought this for hubby but he won’t take it because of the horrible taste.

After using this product for a couple of weeks I have already noticed a difference in my energy levels. I just mix two drops in the morning and late afternoon in my protein powder and don't notice the taste at all. I have tried other DHEA products but they don't seem to have as great of an effect and also are a lot more expensive per serving. The dropper functions well and the product is of high quality. Overall I feel better both mentally and physically and attribute it to the formulation of this product versus other products being creams or capsules. I highly recommend this product to anyone that fatigues either mentally or physically.
