Very nice tires, reasonably priced
Just installed these in place of 28mm Vittorias on NOX CF wheelset. Fit was tight (but not nearly the fight the Vittorias gave me when I first installed them.) These are not identified as UST but I’m fairly certain they would seal up tubeless without much trouble. The ride on these vs my 28’s was blissful at 40psi (but then the 28s felt like pillows coming off of 25s)I cant speak for durability after a single ride but I’ll take comfort over GatorSkin durability at this point; I no longer race and prefer a comfortable ride over strava fake-race trophies ;-)Pricing is lower than the comparable Rene Herse/BQ tires so that was a plus. My understanding is the Rene’s are made by Panaracer so they’re the same tire (?) My only wish is that the sidewalls were that lighter tan color like the RH’s - they are very nice looking tires! These PanaRacers are kind of mid-range brown, not dark, not light color; definitely look nicer than the all black tires in my opinion.Tires arrived quickly and well packaged, great deal - thanks !

I promise the flats are worth the ride quality
These tires are are awesome.I’m going to be frank, on my very first day after install I got two flats. One from a tiny tiny piece of glass, one from a tiny thorn. Did I curse and declare I’d be returning these pieces of s$&t!!! You bet your arse I did. But, then after a bit of consideration, I decided to keep them. They aren’t touring tires. They are a lightweight chubby road tire with some traction for a bit of gravel. So if bullet proof is your thing, look elsewhere. Gatorskins maybe. Because you will get the occasional flat on these gravel kings. Do not let the size fool you. I was also just unlucky right out of the gate.I’ve put a few hundred miles on these so far (no more flats yet) and do about 90% road with a couple of 3-4 mile stretches of gravel i like to shred regularly on my way home. They ride pretty well on the gravel. But mostly I’d say they are a road / rough road tire for someone who likes some chubby rubber.Living in Los Angeles I have to put up with awful city leadership. Yes taxes are incredibly high, but don’t think that’s going to keep our streets pot hole free. No sir!!! I’ve had smoother commutes in third world countries. So these tires give me the confidence and comfort to take on the LA streets so that I don’t get “Garcetti’d” by the very common surprise LA city pot hole. They are for sure slower rolling than a set of 28’s, but they aren’t about speed. They deliver a plushness and a comfort that is simply unmatched. They descend with unrivaled confidence. Since installing them I’ve been riding my Vaya non stop and have been leaving my road bike at home. They truly are a joy. And as far as wear is concerned, still no signs of wear after 300 miles. Do yourself a favor and go with these.

Light and supple
After a couple years on these I've gotta say I really really enjoy them. They are lightweight and soft, makes for a comfortable, fast, and grippy ride. I ride mostly on potholed pavement in the american southwest and they handle it very well. While overall durability is good, puncture protection is average. I'd invest in Slime or tire liners if you have lots of thorns in your area.

Good tire BUT for the city... NO, NO, NO, NO and NO !!
Had more flats in 7 months than in my entire life. This tire is fast and grippy and nice looking, felt good on wet asphalt... but the city destroyed it with no mercy. It is driving me crazy, I don't want a pair of ultra-heavy awful puncture resistant tires on my cyclocross bike but these are not feasible. I only commute 5 miles each way.

Over 3k miles on mixed surfaces with no flats
last week the rear 700x38 gravel king slick wore through to the casing. I checked back through my Amazon orders to see when I purchased this set, and figured that I have over 3K miles on these. About 50% of the miles are on gravel/dirt roads. During that time, I've run them tubeless (primarily with Orange Seal sealant), and had NO Flats. There were plenty of punctures - as illustrated by the globs of coagulated sealant inside the casing where a puncture was sealed. These are very serviceable tires - the downsides are stiff sidewalls and a bit of extra weight - but at the price point they are hard to beat. BTW - My favorite tires, Rene Herse Ultralights are 2x as expensive; they're made by Panaracer, too.
