Is this product authentic?

Yes, the product has company batch codes that can be verified for its authenticity and expiration date.

Can this be used on the face?

This complex is really meant for the neck. Sure you could use it on the face, but I don't. To me that's a waste of the product.

I received mine yesterday and the packing and bottle is totally different. Why is this when the picture is totally not the same.

I’ve noticed that a couple of times to that the color is much darker and I don’t know if this means it’s an older product is sitting around too long or what have you.
