These literally go on in seconds. Pull out the oven knobs, places the covers and then put back the oven knobs and close the covers. My child spins these knob covers everyday and the knobs never budge. They are durable and easy to clean. I love them. Make sure to close them when you are cooking though. I left one open when cooking and dropped something on the knob cover and it broke off the cover at the hinge. So always always always close the covers. It’s a good habit anyway.

I bought one for my gas stove three years ago and just bought one for my dad's stove after an incident. They are easy to install and use and the kids can't open them no matter how hard they try! I highly recommend them and are a must for childproofing a house.

passen nicht bei unserem herd weil zu gross. ausserdem muss man die knöpfe so fest drauf stecken, dass man diese dann mit dem riesen aufsatz drehen und somit den !elektroherd" aufdrehen kann. sogar noch besser weil man dadurch ein höheres drehmoment hat... also vollkommen ungeeignet ausser für gasherd wo die knöpfe einen gewissen abstand haben.

Installed easily and easy to open. Toddler likes to spin them but can't figure 'em out.
