Perfect for stretches. Just make sure the door is not hollow, the hinges are strong enough and it closes properly with the catch, otherwise the door will open and youll fall. Lol. The product has helped my back, neck, posture, muscles and blood flow circulation. I love it. Really comfy, sturdy, fun and strong. The hand strap holes are perfect too for holding on.

Worst product. Broken within a week of using. Even though the product was only being g used by my 9 year old..

Not very happy with this item the straps do not stay closed not very safe at all tried many different ways to tie them and we still can't close them
