This is the best creamer we've ever tried. Lately it's been our everyday creamer. It makes excellent foam for lattes and other espresso drinks. It's a tragedy that only one store remotely near us carries it! It completely sold out everywhere before Christmas, and we missed out on having our favorite creamer for Christmas because we didn't stock up in time! In response to the negative review, it was not 'curdled'. This is an all-natural creamer that doesn't have a bunch of preservatives and anti-caking agents in it. This means the natural caramel will settle at the bottom and you need to shake it and mix it before each use. I recommend turning the bottle upside down so there is an air pocket at the top, then shake it back and forth and the caramel will mix in. The need for mixing is the only downside for this product, and it's totally worth dealing with because it's that good.
