when i received the phone, it was well packaged and was not broken. all was good with the phone working with my AT&T sim card. but i could not hear when on the phone making calls and others could not really hear me. volume was up on max and it was poor quality. so i didn't really didn't mess too much more with the phone. i give it 2 star for being able to return the phone for a full refund with not problems from Amazon. i am looking into a BLU phone. have a few people i know that have one and it works well.

I purchase this phone 2015 November. It fell four times since then all my fault. It just cut off. I power it back up and it worked again. But today 31- 08 - 16 it fell out the forklift I was driving and I didn't know. On my way with another trip I realize it was missing. On looking behind I saw it on the ground. When I retrieved it I realized I rolled over it with the forklift. I thought it was a gonna. To my surprise It powered on and work normal and the screen was totally in tack. I don't write reviews but for what I experience today this top all phones I ever owned.
