36-Pin Cartridges (10 Pcs) : Dr. Pen Ultima M5/M7/N2 36 Pins Cartridges, Disposable Replacement Parts (10Pcs) 0.25Mm

Unfortunately I had wish I read the reviews first because the 36pin is not the correct needle for my M5. I thought I was having an issue with my pen because the needles weren’t even reaching my skin until it was turned up to .75 (which was just about a .25 length) I believe when you are a company trying to sell needles on amazon, you should at least let the consumer know how to use them and if they are different than the actual Dr.Pen needles. I will still use these needles more than likely because I hate wasting money and I have also figured out a way to use them..Unfortunately I wasted about 3 needles just trying to figure out what the issue was and that is just unacceptable and should be disclosed in the description that when your pen is set at .75 it is really a .25 when it is set at a 1.0 it is a .50, and when it is set at a 1.25 it is a .75 and so on.... that is also probably the reason why they do not accept returns because I am sure I am not the only one to have wasted a few needles or so trying to figure this out...... if anyone else can leave a review to let me know if the 12 pin needles are the correct length for the M5 that would be great.I’m not sure of the exact legalities of trademarked products but as a cosmetologist of 10 years and an aesthetician in training, here in America I know that beauty products are not regulated, apparently this includes the needles we are stabbing our selves in the face with . So while it is not illegal it is very deceiving because the real Dr.Pen is “Dr.Pen ™”(Dr.Pen trademark) and the box you will receive when you order from this seller is “Dr.Pen ®“(Dr.Pen registered trademark)

I didn’t feel like the needles are very sharp or can’t retract enough unlike the other one that I tried that comes free with the dermapen! There is no cover as well . I’m not sure about this quality . The blue screw needles are farrr better!!!! The plastic spring is nottt good at all! Don’t buy this !

Love the pen and the cartridges. Make sure you read the descriptions. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is that there are only 3 needle cartridges in the box and the remainder are the flat cartridges that are supposed to help dispense product into the skin -- essentially, I paid for 7 other cartridges I will not use.

Good for the money I paid. I need more I already did all my treatments it really works using the right product
