I have made dozens of attempts to contact Autoslide regarding issues I am having with the product. Absolutely no response. Worst customer service ever. Buyer beware!!!

We bought this door system back in 2018 and it has held up great with our 3 doors. The only complaint I have: it isn't easy to replace the batteries in the dog tags that came with system. It looks like from the website that the tags may have been upgraded. Tech support has been fantastic as well. I email them and I generally get a response in a few hours. They also have a lot of options for various configurations. You do need to be a bit of a handy person or venturous when it comes to installing it. My husband had to drill holes in the rail, and had to disassemble and reassemble because our door opens to the left. All in all, love it! Our dogs do, too!

Been working on installing this, and have run into some issues. I mainly have weekends to work on things, and apparently their support department doesn't work weekends. Not sure, because their answering system doesn't even say their operating hours, but no one ever answers. The concept is great, but execution, not so much. The gear rack looks like it's supposed to have holes every 6" or so, but there's not really holes there, and the steel reinforcement molded inside is hardened steel, so I can't drill through it. The rack bows when the drive gear gets to the center and it starts skipping. Then there's the pet tag sensor that gets mounted on the wall. There's no hole in the cover for the wire to go through. And oh yeah, there's no instructions, and the DVD they sent only plays the instructions in Japanese, or some other Asian language. I've got nearly $1500 wrapped up in this so far, and I'm not sure it's going to work.
