Product needs to be mixed with the mixer that you don’t have at your house
Pigment is hard at the bottom and needs to be mixed with a paint mixer most people at their home do not have this. So take some heavy duty quick ties cut them about 7 inches long or how long you need them put all the product inside of another container, make a lid with a hole in it run the quick ties through and spin it with your drill. It will beat the living hell out of it and bust it all up and mix it up nice and smooth and then pour it back into the original containers, that’s how I was able to get mine to work . for better reviews premix your product before you send them out

Unusable product
Recieved in June to use when needed for my restoration project. When I was ready to use it, it was unusable due to hardening. Unable to stir with an inch and a half of the solids not stirring in. If I could give this a zero rating, I would! I do not recommend purchasing this product and I will never purchase this product again. You may as well throw ypur money in the toilet, because you will not get a return on a crappy product!

Perfect Primer for my project Jeep
I am restoring a 1978 Jeep CJ7 and doing a custom paint job at home. The Jeep will be painted black and orange, the black primer is perfect for this project as a base coat. This primer is very easy to mix and apply with a compressor spray gun, a little goes a long way! So far, I have primed the front end and only used half a can, leaving a can and a half left to complete the job, plenty for my needs. After wet-sanding with an ultra fine grit, the need for a second coat is not expected. With proper painting technique, I have not run into any runs in the paint, and an even coat.I purchased the same brand of black paint to accompany the primer, and anticipate superior results.

Good primer, kind of slow drying
Works real well, good hard primer. But dries a bit slower then other primers ive used. I did the 50/50 mix ratio recommended. I do recommend it for the price and quality though.

Worked Well
My 1990 Toyota pickup had the bad clear coat issue and I needed to take it all the way down to metal in some spots since the original primer was compromised. I originally wanted to get the black primer but all the clumping reviews made me choose the gray. No issues with mixing and impressed with the durability of the product. I shot the single stage color after the 20 min flash time of this product since I had read there can be adhesion issues of the paint if you wait till after a 48 - 72 hour window (but do your own research: I’m not a paint expert just telling you what worked for me). Now I feel confident to fix any issues with scratches/dents in the future since I have a solid primer coat under the paint.

No issue Very well packaged in HD box, simple mix proceedure. Have used both hvlp and lately a lvlp gun with 1.3 tip. Covered well sanded everything so far very smooth. Dryed quick at +85 degrees. Very pleased with material look forward to future purchases in order to complete 68 F body full restoration by 70 yr USA veteran.

Le premier était sec à l'intérieur
The media could not be loaded. Primer sec dans la boîte, qui défait mes travaux de peinture. J'étais remboursé quand même.
