Is this Baby safe? Does it have safe stuffing, or beads? Are eyes and features detachable?

I'm not sure what all is in it, but it feels like at least mostly polyfill stuffing. It's fairly sturdy and there's nothing that seems like it would come off easily. The only possible danger I see is that the tail is very long and flexible like a rope, so it COULD be a strangulation hazard, so I wouldn't give it to a very young child. That said, this guy has been my son's best buddy for about two or three years now and has held up well to lots of fairly rough play.

No it doesn't hang on the things but it would be easy to attach velcro to paws to make it hang. Super soft too.
