These have never disappointed! I purchased them for my elderly aunt, and they have worked perfectly for her. They are soft, sturdy, and very stretchable, which makes them comfortable and easy to use. The quantity you receive is definitely worth the price. I also love the light pink color, and they even have a pleasant scent. Overall, a great purchase and I would absolutely buy them again!

Very comfortable: soft, lightweight, not bulky, fit perfectly I'm using these for postpartum after all the heavy stuff and they're working great! I feel secure wearing them, like I don't have to worry about spillage, even at night. They're scented with a pleasant, subtle floral fragrance. I think you could still feel feminine and confident wearing them for incontinence as well.

Always is a great product. It fits well and is very comfortable. kudos to the person that delivered it. They bought it straight to my front door. I live in an apt complex and carrying the box would have been cumbersome. I thanks the person very much! Love the extra service.

Follow the pants size, not the XXL size. I usually wear a 3XL or 22-24. But I figured since it set a size up for the pants size and a size down for the SML measurements, that the fit would be perfect. But it's definitely in a size 26. It still works the way I need it to, but it would be better if I got a 24. Also, they are scented. It's a bit strong. If you are sensitive to fragrances, this is not the right product for you. I personally use them for menstrual cycles because I have an incredibly heavy flow. They work so much better than the always period panties. I have never once leaked through them. Super absorbent and they cover everything.

I used these after I had my daughter and they were absolutely life saving. No leaks, discreet enough to wear with leggings, and WAY comfier than the mesh undies from the hospital. This is definitely the way to go and I highly recommend for anyone looking to make postpartum life a teensy bit easier and less messy!

Great product! I use in conjunction with Always long #7 pads. Wonderful combination. Only returning because I Ordered wrong size. I can get up to 3 or 4 days from one pantry this way. No leaks no smell, confidence!

Love the bow on them, overall soft and stretchy fit. Product does not absorb period that well, but there is no leakage so I am quite happy with using these and prefer to pads/tampons when I am experiencing heavy periods and want to sleep through the night. However, the fit around my legs on the front is quite tight. I have room on the backside (clearly the elastics allow room for someone with a large backside). The fit around the legs is so tight that sitting or moving around is uncomfortable. I cut the bottom elastic & nonwoven open to create more room for my legs, and the diapers are otherwise great. I am 145lbs 28” waist so I am well within the S/M size as noted on the package. Just noting this so the quality team can review the sizing in this location. Core width is also a bit large for me and causes folding of the core.

AWESOME!!! Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have tried others and most failed. This one is so dependable.I am working with my Dr. but until I can get my bladder issues fixed this product has saved me from what could have been a few disasters. It fits great, it’s not bulgy at all, and can be trusted to do its job well. It’s embarrassing to admit I have a problem but if this helps even one person thats awesome. Minor leaks not a problem, major gushes can be handled as long as the pull-ups is not pulled up too high thinking that will work better, um NO it won’t. If worn like regular underwear (no one can tell you have it on) and you can trust it can do the job, you won’t be disappointed. I’m so impressed. Nothing leaks as you walk to change to a new one. There is no pee smell. I found out the hard way that this product is awesome, in a hard spot I knew I wasn’t going to make the restroom and a bladder that leaked with each step I was panicked then it happened pee just dropped I was ready to be devastated but so happy no one was the wiser because it did it’s job then didn’t fall apart while getting to a restroom. I keep a spare in a flat makeup bag in my purse for emergencies, no one knows it’s there. Helpful hint. I tuck a small trash bag in the make up bag (for disposal) with it. I don’t like stinky garbage pales. Don’t waste your time on those “made for diapers” pales, they’ll just prove disappointing and not worth the money. I learned with my grand babies diapers that if you roll them up and tuck the ends around them tight. Take a plastic bag (i get the cheap 2 gallon ones) and trop diaper into the bottom of one, get out the air, give the bag a good twist, fold the extra over that twist again and do it again if you like, tie a knot in the end and your can’s won’t get the nasty smell.
