After install, I thought it was not working right, but then noticed I installed with flow arrow in the wrong direction! Remember to install with flow arrow in the correct direction!! After I fixed that, it works great!

These regulators are very good and last a long time

I installed this on my 15 Unit Apt complex 34 bedrooms. The water main had been replaced before my ownership and one was not installed. This unit saved me hundreds of dollars under what a “discount” plumbing warehouse quoted me. I’m very happy I thought to search Amazon.

Good replacement for my all Brass Zurn Wilkins, I do not know the reason for plastic over brass but since this is in the garage, I did not worry as the regulator is not in sunlight. Price was much lower for the plastic housing and fit correctly to the previous unions and new rubber gaskets included

So close to a $500 item and they ship it incomplete! This arrived the day before I needed it to install on a commercial job and they shipped it incomplete!! One of the unions and washers is missing so now I cannot complete the main water line to my customers store! No time to wait for another one, the job is an hour out of town and now I need to try and find one of these by tomorrow morning! What a joke! The part comes with unions, why where they not included? It is not like they ship separate form the PRV. Now i'm out hundreds of dollars and need to find a solution ASAP! So much for counting on people doing their job right!
