Wei-Chuan Organic Japanese Udon 16 oz (Pack of 2)

Good flavor with miso soup but Very thin, like angel hair pasta. Not at all like the fat Udon noodles in restaurants.

Followed directs exactly since it was the first time I used udon noodles. It was tasteless & very pasty.

These noodles are okay but they are very starchy and they stick together badly. I would try rinsing them under cold water before boiling them. Also they are flatter than traditional udon noodles.
