Cute cart for a small farm stand!!
Yes, you will need to pre drill a few holes and very carefully add a few of your own wood screws to shore it up. Over all, it’s a surprisingly sturdy cart when put together. My plans for it is to use it as a little farm stand for our eggs and produce. I couldn’t find another cart on Amazon even remotely close to this style and size and the price to me was worth it.

Just remember when you buy from China you have to lower your expectations on quality
gave 4 stars because it's pretty much what i xpected come out of China they don't understand good workmanship or a quality product I read the reviews on it before I purchased it expected I would have to make some modification make it workable which I did and that wasn't very expensive because I had most of what i needed instructions were very poor if you have moderate mechanical skills should be able to put it together fairly easily remember not to bolts own too tightly you'll split the wood couple of spacer washers ill be helpful would keep wheels from rubbing on the side of cart strongly suggest treating the wood with some water repellent a wood preservative just suggestions you will have a nice cart with a few minor modifications

Poor construction
Many of the mounting holes didn't line up. A few of the other holes the wood sides busted outer posing the screw. I had to use my own counter sink drill bit and screws to secure the sides. Also most of the joints are caked with wood filler since the mitre cuts are horrible.

Rubber on wheels came off right out of the package and bolt holes didn’t match up
This in my opinion was very poorly put together and I was not able to use it as a mobile cart like planned

It sure doesn't look like the picture!!! 😡
The cart itself is nice. However, the wood portion of the cart was bare wood...not stained and/ or painted as shown! I wasn't expecting to have to buy stain and stain the cart myself. One of the screws for assembly was too long....I had to cut that down to fit the product. If you buy it, beware of these issues.

NOT SURE HOW STURDY THE CART ACTUALLY IS!
The person who put the cart together for me thought it wasn't very sturdy. I won't really know how that turns out until next summer when it is placed outside. I will have to see how it holds up.

Buyer be forewarned!
This is the first time I’ve written a critical review but here goes. I purchased this cart as a replacement for one that lasted 8 years. It has doubled in price since the original purchase but I expected that. This cart is very poorly made. Upon taking it out of the box some of the cross wood pieces were no longer glued in. Ok no problem. I then proceeded to assemble it and the directions are pictures only nothing indicating what size screws went where, again I figured it out. The problem is the quality of the wood. It is almost like balsa wood. Very few of the screw holes match up which causes you to try to twist the pieces to fit but that doesn’t work. I was already committed to putting it together so I am going to use pilot holes and wood screws to keep it together. I spent $200 on this and I’m figuring maybe I’ll get 2 seasons out of it if I’m lucky…good idea very poor quality.

Great Concept But Poorly Engineered
With all the pieces laid out on my living room floor, I finally had the garden wagon of my dreams ... until ... I immediately noticed a loose brace on one of the side panels. Ignoring that minor repair, the alignment of most of the pre-drilled bolt hoes did not align correctly nor was the pre-shaped welding for the wheels done correctly. Rather than return the product - too involved - I proceeded to drill my own pilot holes and finally complete the assembly. Directions were not included ( ... but, I already knew that ... ). Overall, it's an attractive piece, but, be prepared, perhaps, to flex your DIY muscles.
