BridorFrozen Mixed Viennoiseries Pastry Selection - 1x135

Lovely pastries which we use for our monthly church breakfast

Dispatched on Monday and arrived thawed out on Wednesday. Why these were not sent for next day delivery I have no idea. Of the 4 ice bags supposed to keep these frozen, 1 was 2/3 empty, 1 considerably less and the remaining 2 were completely thawed out, so empty. I contacted Bridor on the Wednesday as soon as they arrived. No response to my photos of the problem. I followed up and only get a response the following Monday.I'm left with a box of rotting food that I now have to dispose of and still need to source pastries a week later. Terrible product and terrible service!

i buy these time and time again. they do take a little time in the oven (about 20min) but it's still faster than nipping out to the store and so so much better!

Where is my review

product is tasty and cooks well. Unfortunately as a frozen product the delivery allows for it to defrost. In fairness to supplier they agreed a return but quite honestly its to much hassle so have binned the thawed ones and kept the frozen bits. Nice product but will source somewhere else next time.
