Q: Will this treat blight?

There are many causes of blight and different types of blight. If you're talking about twig and tip blight caused by fungus, yes this Garden Safe Fungicide3 will help to eliminate it. Affected parts of the plant need to be cut away and disposed of as blight is usually contagious and will continue to spread if left on the plant. Also, trim leaves so that air flow is increased as wet foliage creates a good environment for fungal borne diseases. The bottle I have is a fungicide, insecticide and miticide. I use it on my tomatoes growing in the greenhouse where airflow and humidity allow for fungus to grow. I bought grafted plants this year from a new vendor and they were covered in white fungus when they arrived in May. This product has kept the fungus at bay as has trimming the leaves and increasing the airflow so no leaves are wet.

Q: Can the the hose end sprayer be refilled with the concentrate and used without further dilution?

Yes. Just check that the concentration of NEEM on the concentrate matches what came in the hose end sprayer. Typically both will be 70% NEEM.

Q: Does this product works on peach trees w/ curled leaves??

for maintenance and to minimize curly leaf on peach & nectarines, this product works great ! BUT, to not get it in the first place, i NEED to apply Monterey Liqui-Cop 3X/year, if you do this you'll get rid of all your curly leaf : 1. after all leaves have dropped, in early december spray with liqui-cop 2. february 1st spray again with liqui-cop 3. and EXACTLY 2 weeks later on valentines day last liqui-cop application this should all be done before the buds are open, also if you see a "jelly" like slime on your tree by all means knock it off onto something and throw it away (if the slime hits the ground it dissolves into the soil and just gets re-absorbed by the tree, so try removing as best as possible all affected leaves as well. this is a great product, follow instructions it works great on fungus & insects.

Q: Can it be fed thru drip line irrigation under plastic?
