Bad product Zero support
The iron needs replacement which is accepted by the technician who came for visit but there is no support from Usha. Running pillar to post to get replacement. Also Do not buy Electricals from Amazon. No product support by company if you buy online. Henceforth will revert back to store purchase for Electricals.

Limited purpose only
After 3 yrs of use I am giving this review..Even though it is mentioned as heavy weight, it is suitable for silk clothes only...it is not effectively pressing cotton and linen shirts. So don't go for it if your purpose is ironing cotton and linen clothes.
