Great product was sceptical about using but immediately took the heat out of the burn when holding under cold water was having limited effect for a short period of time. The burn gel was fast effective and long last. Convenient to use when you can’t run cold water over a burn all day, allows you to continue with day to day activities rather than your burn stop you.

Product is good and does the job.

Bought to put in our first aid kit, not used until now when my wife bunt herself on our grill pan. We immediately applied the cream and she said it really eased the pain straight away and the burn healed quite quickly. Good value for money although one a satchet is opened then you have to really use it all instantly.

Following a small but painful burn, found we had nothing in our first aid kit for burns, I used to have burns kit in my works van, but must have left it when I retired. We ordered this kit immediately, realising our need may have been much more urgent, to have this essential kit on hand gives peace of mind. When you need it, you need it, now! Highly recommended.

Since finding out about burn gel on a first aid course, I always try to have some in stock at home. It's one of those things that you hope you don't need to use but when you do, you're really glad to have it to hand. I also give some to my family members to have in their homes. Often when I get a small burn during cooking, I can't drop everything and hold my hand under the tap for 20 mins as I need to continue preparing the meal. Now I rinse under the cold tap for a few minutes then apply this gel. It's quite thick so stays on my hand really well while I'm moving around, and gives a lovely cooling, soothing sensation.

Bought these to add to first aid kit travel kit for camping/campfires etc. for small burns/scolds treatment. Handy size. Haven't had to use one yet, but trust they'll work as well as other similar.

Did not read the advert closely enough and was extremely disappointed when 10 cooling sachets arrived. In fairness, they does the job that they are required to - so a good addition to your first aid kit.

I've made this purchase and I was mislead by combination of multi product description and pictures. Yes, I read carefully, but still there are several different options on the one advert.
