Is this is the latest model available? Did Rowenta fix the power steam button?

Apparently this is the latest model per my research before buying. You can also do a research for 2014 I bought this in 2013. Advise. Don't pay a lot of attention to the negative reviews. Rowenta is the best home product out there. If there are more positive reviews than negative, go with the positive. There are people out there who will complain about flowers in the Spring as long as there is someone who will listen. There is nothing wrong the power steam button. Trust me.

I need to know if the rowenta IRON DG8430 it is for 110 or 220 volts

All electrics sold on Amazon in the US, are made for 110, to avoid returns and mishaps from people not paying attention when the order is placed. Is it noisy all the time it's on or only when you're ironing? How long does it take to heat up and any leaking on your fabric?

Only noisy when you pull the trigger to let steam out, and occasional pump noise. Takes around 2 minutes to heat up. The leaking has more to do with the ironing board that the iron. Water can build up on the ironing board and wet what you are ironing. I always have a cloth and after every few items I wipe any portion of the board that may have a build up ( usually the pointed side of the board). However I do remember having similar issues with regular steam iron. This is still one of the best iron out there. I no longer have to use spray starch or sizing and my dress shirts comes out as crisp as with the starch.

Is the water tank removable ?

As best I can tell, no. More and more I'm finding this iron annoying. I worked in London for 4 months on a film and our back up iron was a Rowenta, similar to this one. It was FANTASTIC. It had a removable water tank so you could take it and fill it. Also, the iron wasn't the annoying shape that this one is!
