Does this particular lens have full 180 degree capability and how many elements are in the lens? Thanks!

First off, to me, this is a 'lens attachment', not a lens, since it doesn't mount directly to the camera. Secondly, your FOV with this will totally depend on what lens you attach it to. For example, with the 18-55mm kit lens for Canon, at 18mm with this attachment and you get a circle image that probably (just speculating here) covers close to 180 degree FOV, however lots of chromatic aberration and very soft around the edges....read the comments about 30% of the image being 'soft'...that's about accurate. Anyway, this is fun to play with and get some dramatic shots, but it is what it is for the price.

Will this fit the 50 mm lens?

This fisheye attachment screws onto the filter threads on the front of your lens. It will attach to any lens with filter threads, as long as you have the appropriate adapter (step-up/down rings).

You have to check the diameter of your lens with the adaptor provided.If they fit, you'd have an aprox. 25% wider angle, i.e,. 18 * 25% ~ 4 135 * 25% ~ 34.Ir makes sense in the wider angle. Not much sense in the tele angle.Hope it helpsBest

Does this canon lens works with Eos Rebel T4i EOS 650D?

Like Trevor says, it is not a high quality lens, but it is good for playing around with the fish eye effect. It does give a full fish eye effect with the standard 18-55mm lens that commonly comes with the Rebel attaches like a filter to the face of the lens. And comes with adapter rings to fit different diameter lenses. I think 52, 55, 58mm diameters.
