Freestanding Bathtub Faucet

I bought this faucet about 9 months ago and we are finally getting around to installing it and discovered the supply lines are too short for us to connect to our water supply. I messaged the company on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised to get a reply back right away telling me that someone would call me first thing in the morning. Sure enough at 7am (West Coast) I got a call from New York from a very pleasant woman who said she would see if she can get us 72" supply lines for free if I was willing to leave a review. I said of course! Since I have not installed the faucet yet I cannot review the product itself but to say it is very sturdy and beautiful. If you have plumbed your water source up to the floor then you will have no problem installing. If your water lines are under the floor somewhere you'll need longer supply lines because they are basically only long enough to go from the top of the faucet where they connect and run down through the post to the floor. Other than that, the install is pretty easy. I'm looking forward to using this faucet and hoping it works as nicely as it looks!

The freestanding bathtub faucet is beautiful in the brushed nickel color. It is very sturdy, which will likely stand up to many years of use. I love the fact that it has a swivel faucet to get it out of the way when bathing children. The customer service is excellent. They responded within minutes to get shorter water lines. The installation of my cast iron tub and fixtures is finally done, and I couldn't be happier! The bathtub faucet is not only visually appealing, but it's also well-made. I absolutely love the matte black finish. The faucet stand is the perfect length, and the hand-held spray handle is incredibly convenient. Although I haven't had the chance to use it yet, I'm excited to experience it once my bathroom renovation is finished.

Puts out a large amount of water which I LOVE. Wand works great! I renovated my bathroom and this was part of the reno. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

I received the pedestal tub filler and was very impressed by the quality of the item! The water lines were a little too long but upon calling the number on the package, a lady picked up and immediately was able to get the correct size water lines to me. I was very happy with this purchase!

This Wowkk Freestanding Bathtub faucet is beautiful and accurately matches the description of the product. It came well packaged (even my husband was impressed) to protect it during shipping. I love it! It looks stunning in our bathroom, and I would buy it again if I needed another one. Several other reviews that I had read prior to purchasing this faucet were correct about two things (it would have been a 5-star except for these items): the professional plumbers even had trouble installing it because the water lines barely fit into the upright canister. My husband said you just can't install this if you are not a plumber. Second, the little shower head that comes with it does drip after you turn off the faucet, so you have to make sure not to hang it up right away or it will drip on the floor. Overall, love the product!

Well made looks and feels great. Looks amazing in our remodel. The company was great and replaced a part that was scratched. Would highly recommend.

Item came on time and undamaged. The item is of good quality and looks amazing! The supply hose was too long so we reached out to the company to see if they would supply a shorter hose. We talked with a representative who was so helpful in getting a shorter hose designed and mailed out to us in a timely fashion at NO COST to us! Great customer service.
