I decided to try this product for persistent leg cramps that I would get, usually at night while sleeping or during intensive activity. I've used other magnesium supplements in the past but frequently had to stop due to stomach upset. The extend-release formula in this one seemed like a good solution.I've been taking it for about a week, and I'm very pleased with the results. I've noticed a significant reduction in cramps. I was also pleasantly surprised by a couple of other positive effects: I seem to be sleeping more soundly through the night, and I've felt noticeably calmer and more focused during my workday.A key factor for me is that I've had zero digestive issues with this product. The extend-release design works as advertised. Overall, this has been a very effective supplement and I plan on continuing to use it. I would recommend it.

Life Extension brand supplements are always top-notch, and the potassium with extended-release magnesium reflects that.My only complaint lies not with the supplement, but with the seller. One month ago I purchased it for $6.75, and now, May 27, suddenly it's $11.25. Why the major price increase? Inquiring minds want to know! I could see an increase in a month of perhaps a few cents, but this definitely comes under the rubric of price gouging, IMHO.

Works well for leg cramps

I've had issues with racing heartbeat at night and read that this combo worked great for it. I tried it and it has literally been a lifesaver. No racing heart. Resting heartbeat is much better and no after affects. I do take a pill at night and in the AM. I find them easy to swallow and better than another one I was taking. Saw big improvements with this one. Highly recommed.
