Upon opening it literally sizzled and smelled bad!
Had to throw away upon opening the jar. The ingredients in the jar began literally bubbling up and the smell from it was truly awful.

Fermented Turnips
I received two jars of the fermented turnips. One of the jars was bad, the other was good. When opening the jar you will find that it foams. That is due to the fermentation process. The turnips taste like turnips with a slightly tangy flavor. They are okay but I can’t recommend them.
