Perfect!
We make tea at least once a day at my house and since we substitute tea for dessert often, we splurge on fine loose leaf teas. Teapot is gorgeous, I bought teal and it is prettier than in the photos. The infuser basket is very fine and yet water flows through without resistance. The infuser clips to the teapot itself and the lid then notches into the infuser. A great design that inhibits the lid falling off when you pour. The shortened wide spout makes pouring easy and cleaning a breeze. I can't think of anything I don't like about this teapot. I cannot speak to durability as I've only had it for about a month but it seems like good quality. I see no flaws in design or quality.

No major complaints to speak of
The right size for a couple of people drinking tea! I typically use loose tea and the included strainer is nice and large but with a very fine mesh that prevents bits of tea getting into my cup. The clamp on the strainer basket holds the lid tightly to the pot, but I must admit I don’t really like the way it looks with the silver tab poking out. Pours without dripping and keeps the tea hot for a reasonable time even without a cosy.My one star off is because the bottom of the pot definitely sweats/leaks when it's sitting. There are no cracks so I assume the tea is just seeping through the unglazed rim there. Use an absorbent coaster!

I wanted a small teapot that would brew several cups of tea -- this does the job beautifully! The only downside is the rim on the bottom is not glazed over (for stability, I assume), which means the tea does seep through a bit. I recommend setting the pot on a coaster something to keep it from leaving a ring on your countertop or table.

Drip-less, superior English pour
What else would I expect from a company named London Pottery? Very pleasing addition to afternoon tea. Simple by design. Easy to handle. Warmed the teapot prior to adding temperature-appropriate water according to instructions. Infuser fits like a hand and glove onto the inner seal of teapot. Lid has indentation to fit around the pull-out tab. Pour spout is a fine grade. The lovely metal charm attached makes the experience quaint. Color is richer than shown, and matches perfectly with my Emile Henry 6.75" ramekins that I use as tea cups. A little spot of ancestral London in my American home. I thought of our third president Thomas Jefferson during my first sip, and how Jefferson wrote in a letter to John Adams of a longing for quality tea, and that his teapot was inferior to porcelain he was accustomed to. Sacrifices made for American independence. :]Thank you, London Pottery for such a thoughtful design! Well done.

Lovely but a few flaws
It's aesthetically lovely, the basket is one of the best tea infusers I've ever used, and its integration with the lid (a small divet for the basket handle to fit into) is perfect. But it does drip when pouring the first couple cups, and there's nothing in the lid that helps it stay on when tipping it enough to pour the last few. So I'm mostly using it to brew and then transferring the contents to a thermos jug, and thus losing the aesthetics. Oh well.

Best teapot I've ever owned
I bought this teapot without looking at the size (I was intending to buy the 2-cup) and was surprised by how large it was when it arrived. I didn't send it back though- the increased size and shape make it perfect for when company comes calling. There is very little dripping from the spout and everything cleans easily. One of the complaints I have about other teapots is the lack of room loose leaf tea has to expand as it infuses. Usually the infuser is too small to accommodate this expansion, but this teapot does not have that problem. The infuser is wide-mouthed and deep. I really like that it snaps in instead of drops in. The little tab to unsnap it is one of my favorite features. With other teapots, you have to pick up the boiling hot infuser by the mouth, possibly burning your fingers in the process on either the teapot or the water on the rim. The snap in/out feature greatly reduces this risk. One of the best parts of this teapot has to be the handle. I have small hands and I'm still usually burning my fingers on the body of the teapot as I pour. The handle is far enough away that I've yet to burn myself yet close enough that the weight distribution as I pour does not cause the teapot to slip around in my hand.Overall, I've no complaints about this teapot and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a colorful, functional addition to their home.

A tea lover's teapot, just excellent design and material
We have owned lots of Brown Betties over the years and this is far and away the best. The design is great for holding and pouring. The porcelain is a type the holds heat really well. The color is gorgeous and the glaze is perfect - workmanship is very good. And the tea strainer fits beautifully. The whole thing is just really well thought out -- obviously designed by people who understand tea drinkers. So congratulations and thanks for making this teapot and selling at such a reasonable price. This probably sounds like a fake review but it's not, we're just very happy customers.

My Favorite Teapot
I'm a tea lover and I have purchased many teapots and tea infusers in my life and I must say the London Pottery Geo Teapot is the best teapot with infuser I've ever owned. Purchased the 4 cup in yellow and it is wonderful! The infuser is deep and wide allowing full expansion of tea leaves, including gunpower styles. It's design keeps the tea hot for at least 1 hour and the handle never gets hot. I love this so much, I will be purchasing a 2 cup version for the times I need just 2 cups of tea.

A very well designed, well made teapot.
This is a perfect little teapot for one person, but it does make enough for just one cup each with a friend. It is adorable too. The lid "clips" into the strainer and stays on when pouring. Without the strainer the lid is a bit loose so watch out for that. The pot is well balanced and easy to pour so even without the strainer I have not had the lid drop off. The handle is comfortable. The body is a beautiful round shape. It looks so cute, I leave it out on the counter. There is enough room in the strainer to allow for great circulation. It is perfect with higher grade loose tea and I am really enjoying it. Now I want the bigger one - with polka dots. A very well designed, well made teapot.

I want to like this tea pot but it drips all the time
The pot is the perfect size, and I adore the wire mesh basket inside to hold your tea bags or loose tea. The pot is sturdy and the mesh basket is really handy and well made too. It's a lovely pot to pick up and pour except due to the fact that the spout is at a lower level than the lid, you can't overfill it - you MUST really be careful to leave lots of room at the top when filling it or it will spill A LOT.Even with that advice, the tea pot drips a bunch when pouring your tea, I had to hold a tea cloth underneath it the whole time to catch the drips or there was a significant amount of tea on the table or floor.

Great deal, fast shipping, item close to mint
Item was super cheap, and came really fast. I can't really complain because of the significant mark down, but the tea pot did seem to be a second, with a very small chip on the lid, and the nozzle not as uniform as the last one I owned from the same company. Still, really great deal, so like I said can't complain!

Convenient size for everyday use
I originally order this for my wife as a Christmas gift; it arrived in time but was broken in shipping. She liked the look of it so I returned it and reordered. This time it arrived without problem and she has been enjoying it since early January. The size is perfect for two and not too big for one. The bright red colour is very pleasing.

Attractive design, tea suffers
Well made, drip free, attractive design, unfortunately the basket for the tea leaves is very small and so quality of the brew suffers. I presently use it without the basket putting the leaves directly in the pot and filtering externally over the cup.

buen tamaño
Muy buen tamaño individual, se le quitan las manchas de tanino fácilmente. La pieza metálica par colar el té que viene incluida salió muy practica.

Great little teapot
Great little teapot. I love the little clip that keeps the top onto the base while pouring. It's stylish and practical, with a strainer low enough to accommodate only one or two cups of tea. I use it every day.

Great teapot
Nice colour, and love it. It is a good size, and stays warm long enoughJust got to be careful when pouring to hold the cap as it is not designed to stay safely in place.Very satisfied with the product

Order the correct size!
I just love this tea pot. It is a very pretty colour Caribean Blue. I really like the strainer. It is easy to handle. Make sure you order the correct size! I did not realize that there were 2 sizes and accidentally ordered the wrong one. Making the exchange was easy however.

Love the teapot but the colour is completely different then what it looks like online. In reality it's a much deeper green colour. It is not teal. Otherwise an excellent teapot!

Colour is not accurate at all.
In the picture the teapot looked turquoise in colour , when it arrived it was teal - definitely not what what I was expecting.

Even lovelier than the picture!
This pot looks even lovelier than in the picture! I bought the aqua blue one. It is gorgeous - darker than the picture which I love. I also really like the design and how the strainer fits in. I bought this as a gift and ended up keeping it!
