Q: Is this supposed to be applied while wet? I was rubbing it in so long that I thought it was supposed to be applied while dry.

Body butter should be applied on dry skin. Massage onto skin and allow to sink in before dressing. Shea body butter is one of our best moisturizers, it takes a bit longer to sink in!

Q: Mine is not creamy. Kind of hard. Need to get out with spoon. Is something wrong.

Yes it should be creamy but the original formula was so good the only lotion I'd use. I'm pissed I gave away two of them because they changed it and it SUCKS NOW. Scent changed, benefits changed, moisturizing quality surpassed 100% and is 5% now. I'm so annoyed they should have mentioned it was different. I thought they changed packaging at first. My hands are so dry and it's not even winter the original formula healed my cracked fingers and chapped lips (in winter) I gave away so many of these lotions and i am crying over it. Wish I had a warning I'd have bought them all. It's WHACK NOW. I have so many of the new ones that I wouldn't even give 42$ for dollar store lotion.
