I was extremely disappointed with this camera. I have installed at least five cameras in my life, and this one gave me the hardest time. Instructions were unclear and many spelling errors in error messages I encountered. I know that is a minor problem, but you would think they would have someone edit check for spelling and grammar. I added one screenshot I received where you can clearly see the many errors. I contacted Amazon tech support for assistance and I knew more than them. So, the camera was boxed back up and returned. I thought I would get a less inexpensive camera and the previous ones I bought. Found out you get what you paid for.

In the user agreement for the iPhone app, you have to agree that the information captured by the camera can be used by this CHINESE company for commercial use. Think about that. You are agreeing to allow videos taken in your home to be used by this company for their benefit. Section 2.3: " . . . Gesell has the right to analyze the entire user database and to make commercial use of the user database . . . "Do you REALLY want videos of you in the comfort of your home used by this company? I did not bother even activating this device.

This camera has great picture quality and night vision but is super loud and annoying to get working. It’s not wireless it will always need to be plugged in. It does not come with a memory card so you will need to purchase one if you want to record... otherwise it’s only live if you open the app.The camera turns around all the time and never turns back around after so it just points at our wall. The app needs updating and it’s honestly a really crappy product. Spend more for better quality

Tried 3 different wifi devices, none of them would let this device, or the 2nd device connect. All set for 2.4. I have about 25 other devices (smart switches, outlets, garage door opener, sump pump, other camera's, thermometer, etc - that have zero issues with any of my networks. Returning and buying another brand.
