It seems to work just fine, fits the bottom of the door is thick enough to seal out the light so I'm sure it will help keep my cool air in. It's easy to put on and so far sticks well. I cleaned my door first. I don't know how it sticks on wood, my door is metal.

This was just installed and it was a simple process that looks and serves the purpose at hand... draft protection. I added to the bottom of my storm door to get an additional seal from winds, rains and critters... I've used similar products in the past and love them so hopefully this will last a good amount of time as the others did. The prep materials (small pouch wipe that smells like turpentine) and measuring card is a nice extra perk. I used the hairdryer to warm the sticky side as suggested since it's winter.

Update: While the product did not meet my expectations/needs, I'm revising this review. The seller promptly contacted me and offered a full refund. Not typical when the product isn't able to be returned and much appreciated. Didn't stick to experior door for more than 3 hours before falling off - with included "prep" applied. I do not recommend for exterior installations.

We bought to keep bugs out, but was pleasantly surprised at how well it's also stopped the cold and noise from coming in. Quick and easy to apply. Have bought a few more for all the exterior doors

The size is easy to adjust because you can cut it with any scissors. It’s that easy it sticks very well so the sturdiness you don’t have to worry about because it holds. It also makes the door look very nice. It is draft protection, and an insulating effects. It certainly makes any door look nice. It is good to buy to use for your door.

I bought this for a high closet door but I discovered a giant hole under my front door where I used it instead. The trim under the front door has bent and was letting a ton of cold air in. I had no idea. Thank goodness I just bought this. I will use this until I can fix the door. This trim is really thick. It sticks well. I used a hair dryer as advised in the directions. Now I will have to order another one for my closet that lets cold air into my bathroom. Was easy to cut and install by myself.

The weather stripping worked perfectly on the interior of the condo door and keeps the pressurized air from the hallway from whistling into the suite. The product was extremely easy to install and it looks good on the white door. I would but this product again if I had more doors.
