O'Brothers, Habanero Hot Sauce, 5 oz

We ordered a bunch of hot sauces around the 300,000 Scoville rating. This was the immediate family favorite. The flavor is very pure - no vinegar, low acidity. It's just very good quality peppers and veggies. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend.

I bought this when it was in Whole Foods for years and then couldn't find it. After researching on line I found the company and the label had changed but it was supposed to be the same product. I took a chance and YES, it is the same and just as l remembered it. First, it has a great taste. The heat is perfect; not too hot to be uncomfortable but enough to know it is hot sauce. I love the product and will continue to buy it. On a side note; my Ring doorbell camera caught the Amazon delivery guy first throwing the package it came in at my door and then kicking it closer. Not too happy about that.I've gone back to buy another bottle ONE month later. The original cost was 3.46 and free shipping. The cost now is 13.22, an increase of 400%? In my opinion, the world cries that costs have gone up. I think it's more a matter of gouging and greed. Well, there are other bottles of hot sauce out there. You are right O'Brothers, that price is a "hot" one.

Interesting Deep Heat that's Not too hot. But if you get heavy handed on the pour you'll know right away. Smells lot of vinegar but that abates right away. Does bring a big hot sauce flavor if used as a finishing sauce. Wont burn your mouth or throat but has residual heat that will build on the roof of your mouth and eventually the lips. More of the sharp habanero flavor vs the citrus. I'd say needs a pinch of sugar. Great Value!

Finally a hot sauce that has excellent flavor, brings the heat, and has clean ingredients! It’s on the thicker side, which I prefer, but can make it a bit tricky getting out of the bottle unless you completely unscrew the top. You don’t need much to add spice to your dish, so one bottle will last you a long time.

With the hot sauce craze, a lot of sauces are asking outrageous prices.This sauce is fantastic and priced such that I will buy a couple for gifts as well.This is not mexican, not super vinegary, and not bad at all! It goes well in gumbo, hamburgers, kimchi, cajun dishes - anything where you want heat and flavor but not a distracting flavor direction for your dish. It is perfectly *complimentary* to where you took your dish in Flavor Town.

Use on everything

I'm a hot sauce snob, I've tried plenty of them. This one is incredible, one of my ultimate go-tos.
