Health care operations management 1st Edition

Great learning tool! I recommend even if not enrolled in a university. Could serve as a refresher for some already in health care leadership posititons.

Excellent book for any student, especially those embarking on any career where you need to get up to speed on operations.

I was not to found of this book. I used it for a graduate class and did not feel it was at all a graduate level book. It provides a very basic understanding to HC operations. I would suggest this for any undergrad for introductory to healthcare courses, not graduate level

Highly recommended. Dr. Langabeer II should consider revising his work and publishing a second edition. This is an excellent work.

Textbooks aren’t supposed to be super exciting or anything. It has the needed info. Not bad.

The book was in perfect condition, so its decsription was accurate. I also got it very quicklly so that was great!! I ordered another book at the same time and this one came weeks earlier than the other and I think they came from around the same place in the country. Rapid delivery was great!! Very satisfied. :)
