Lovely tea
I cannot speak as to whether this helped my lungs or not as I didn't have any problems, I just bought it on instinct as I love the herbs in it. I love the taste. Camomile and lavender go so well together. It is very soothing.

The flavour seemed fine with the addition of the honey. Seemed to lift the troublesome mucus from deep in my left lung caused by a recent bout of pneumonia.

Not the best taste but seems to be having a positive effect.Drinking 3 time a day and definitely feel alot betterI don't like honey in it so use as little as possibleOnly downside is the cost.

Lovely tea, can really feel the mallow
I said this about the other tea, but I'll say it again - sometimes you order a tea and wonder if it really has the herbs it claims. This definitely does, I can especially sense the mallow. Lovely tea, very soothing with honey.
