Return policy only good for 30 days. No longer winds. Does nothing! Do not buy this product! It looks good, but is a big disappointment. Now my husband has a box on his bureau that is useless! Hope the seller is honest and replaces this item for us!

Purchased four of these. All have failed. Noisy. No longer sold on Amazon though there are numerous look-alike offered. Most have the same case design. Hong Kong based co. never replied to my concerns. Don't go near these cheap Chinese offerings.

Excellent product. Beautiful to look at and very quiet, which was a big concern. Only have had a week so no comment on how long it will work. Seems more high end compared to the price
