I've only been taking this for a couple of weeks and only remembering once a day so it's hard to tell if there's anything good happening. But I believe that nettles are a great addition to my supplement repertoire. The fact that it tastes good just makes it easier. I would buy again.

I never leave a review. But, this stuff is amazing. I have had autoimmune, chronic urticaria for, at least, 8 years. It was every day: 24/7. My legs looked horrible-with the red blotches of hives all over them. I had to get used to not itching it, because I could itch it until it was bleeding. With spontaneous autoimmune chronic urticaria, there is no obvious reason you have it; so you can't just avoid a certain food or anything to stop it from happening. For years it was from my knees down. This year it started moving up to my thighs. I hated having my legs exposed. My friends would ask: "what is that?". I have been using this daily since I got it on Sept. 30th. The red blotches are all practically gone. Now, I see dry skin where the rash is drying up. This is the first time in years that I do not see my legs covered with red blotches.

I have been dealing with histamine intolerance for 2 years now; whenever I eat histamine rich foods I deal with face flushing, it can be persistent, hit and painful...I have tried quercetin and vitamin C along with nettles tea daily... I will say all of these have helped but since nettles has a diuretic effect when I saw that it was available in an extract form and alcohol free, I could not resist but to try it. Making tea 2-3 a day can be time consuming...After trying this extract for 2 weeks, I must say it works great. It must be more potent than the tea form because I have noticed significant improvement with histamine reactions. It has truly helped me a lot. I would definitely recommend it to anyone suffering from histamine intolerance. The taste doesn’t bother me it’s pretty pleasant.

I was given this suggestion by an herbalist to help regulate an irregular cycle. It seemed to work at first but by the 2nd bottle, I’m back where I started. It doesn’t taste bad. I really didn’t notice any other changes while taking it.

I've been taking this in my applesauce daily for two weeks. I've noticed increased energy less body aches and pain a better mood.
