Great stainless steel bowl
This stainless steel bowl is the PERFECT size and exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a large bowl for soaking and cleaning produce, mixing and prepping large batches of food, etc. This bowl is 16 inches in diameter from lip to lip and it's about 5 inches deep. It's always difficult to buy things like this online because getting a sense of the size can be really difficult. However, I'm really happy with this purchase because this is literally what I needed. It's not terribly thick, but it feels durable and meets my expectations as far as stainless steel bowls go.What I love even more is that this bowl sits perfectly in my Kraus single-basin sink! If it were any larger in diameter, it would not sit comfortably. Plus, the price is reasonable for a nice-looking bowl. 👍

Big and versatile
Really nice bowl, but BIG. I was looking for a supersize popcorn bowl, but this would serve popcorn for a family of four. Also would make a good serving bowl for a large casual party, fruit bowl, maybe even an ice bowl for drinks.. It's versatile for any big use, unbreakable, and attractive..

More of a salad bowl than mixing bowl
While this bowl does in fact hold 13 quarts, it is a rather shallow design. Very good for serving a huge salad for a large group, not so great for trying to mix large quantities. I nearly returned the bowl because I was so disappointed in the shallowness of it, but sheer desperation for a LARGE bowl caused me to keep it. It has come in useful for potlucks and group meals.The stainless steel is good enough for my use, no rusting, and is strong enough to carry it with weight without it bending or folding up. So a well made bowl.
