It seemed thin, but I purchased an air conditioner, and air comes through the vents. I used this and all drafts are gone, keeping them behind the plastic. A great product indeed, east to install. This is an affordable and effective way to improve window insulation during the winter. The kit includes four clear sheets of shrink film, double-sided tape, and easy-to-follow instructions. It helps reduce drafts and increase warmth by sealing gaps around windows. The application process is simple, using a hairdryer to shrink the film tightly. However, it's a temporary solution, and the film may not be as durable as more permanent insulation options. Overall, it's a cost-effective and quick solution for improving window energy efficiency.

This product is easy to apply to windows, but after some time it becomes wrinkled again and needs to be re-hair dryered. Also if the window is drafty, the adhesive can come off after a while. Still, the room is noticeably warmer after using this product.

I have purchased this Frost King V73/4T Shrink Film Window KIT for my granddaughter who was in college of buffalo New York. She said that kit is very good because she used this kit to cover windows to prevent cold air from blowing in through the window.

Easy to apply. Double sided tape. So easy to attach. It keeps the air out from old windows. Will buy again.

It works!!! I have a couple windows that don't close properly and would let cold air in. This winter I tried this and it works!!! It's easy to put on. Just take your time. It's almost like working with shrink wrap so don't rush. And if you have a window AC, take it out. Or you'll have to do what I did and do another section around the AC unit. But that's minor. It works. Keeps out the cold air. It's cheaper than replacing windows 😊

I've used Frost King for years. When I get the plastic on the tape correctly, the warm hair dryer shrinks as the directions indicate, leaving a reasonably clear view out windows. The plastic helps keep cold air out and is sturdy enough that it doesn't tear when working with it to attach it to the tape, on occasion, I've had to pull it off the tape to get rid of a wrinkle and it doesn't tear.

Useless!! TAPE is not sticky on one side and I couldn’t tell you about the other side because it doesn’t peel off. It’s not double sided. Also it’s deceptive there is no red label around my tape. Now I have to waste my time returning it. This is a nursery school tape kit.

It was very easy to install. In every other kit i bought, the supplied tape was a pain to use, but in this kit, it was very easy to peel the tape without wrecking it.
