I started taking these about a week ago. I had bursitis from my job, standing and kneeling all day as a model and athlete. I must admit that I got into the bad habit of eating bad food - lots of salty and sugary intake lately. While at work I twisted my ankle and the bursitis immediately surface. For a whole month I’ve tried to massage, Ice it and etc. It would get well after a week, the swelling went down, but when I went to work - it would go back to swelling and hurting again. I got super sick of it and it was making me lose a lot of income since I had to take days off. I went on Amazon and didn’t see too many comments on this one, but I like the ingredients. Ordered a bottle and here I am. The swelling went down after two days. I will keep taking it, but I’m touching my knees and it doesn’t hurt - I can walk normally now. This product is pure, very helpful, no toxic fillers. Yes it is expensive, but worth it.
